Martin v. Blessing, 13-169 (U.S.)

Working pro bono with the Center for Class Action Fairness, the firm represents Nicolas Martin in petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to review a proposed class-action settlement in which the class counsel would receive $13 million in attorneys' fees for procuring a settlement in which the class receives essentially $0 in coupon-style injunctive relief.
